How should I send photos?

DM them to @sbscoaches on Instagram, or text them if that's easier. Send the original photo, not a screenshot, so your posts look sharp.

Do you need my password?

No. You give us posting access through Meta's own tools, and you can remove it anytime. It works with Instagram business or creator accounts. If yours is personal, we'll help you switch. It takes a couple of minutes.

What if I don't send photos?

We only post your photos, never stock images. No photos means no posts that week. We'll send you a friendly reminder if it's been a while.

Can I take a post down?

Always. Delete it from your account anytime. We don't do rewrites, but you're never stuck with a post you don't like.

What about my clients' photos?

Only send photos your clients are happy to have shared. If a client asks you to remove one, just delete it.
